Hubbell Brothers Rentals is Local, family owned, & always affordable. We rent heavy-duty dump trailers built for real work — perfect for cleanups, landscaping, junk removal, or construction debris. Affordable daily rates, easy booking, high quality equipment!

How it works:

Our dump trailers are available for 12hr, 24hr, or multi-day rentals. Ask about our cash discounts! 

1️⃣ Select your desired dates request your rental – you won't have to pay anything yet.

2️⃣ Look for an email from us with a link to put a deposit hold on your card and to fill out the rental agreement. 

We require a $250 hold on your card in case of any damage to the trailer or charges like tolls. We will keep your card on file, but it will not be officially charged. Once you sign our agreement & pay your deposit, your booking is confirmed. 

3️⃣ Pickup in South Austin & pay for your rental.

We will meet you to pass off the trailer along with our locks, collect payment, and send you on your way! Trailer must be returned fully dumped and reasonably clean.

FAQ

  • Pickups and returns are scheduled by appointment near Manchaca and Mathews Lane in South Austin. Exact location will be shared upon confirmation.

  • The CASH rental rate is $75 for 12 hours and $100 for 24hrs. For credit/debit card payments, the rates are $100 for 12hrs or $125 for 24hrs. There is also a $250 hold put on your card for damage or tolls. That's it. No hidden fees or additional charges. 


  • Upon booking, a $250 hold will be put on your card (similar to when you stay in a hotel). 
    This deposit covers potential damage, cleaning, or late return fees.

  • Assuming the trailer isn't reserved for the time you need it, you're welcome to extend your rental. Simply send us a message to check availability. 

  • We require a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required. Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

  • Trailers must be returned clean and free of debris. A $75 cleaning fee applies if returned dirty.
    Fees up to $500 may be charged for trailers returned with undumped material. Renter is responsible to practice ONLY legal dumping and will be held liable for any illegal dumping. 

  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

    If cancelled within 24-48 hours, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit.

    If cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time, or if the renter is a no-show, the entire daily rental fee $125 may be withheld. The deposit will still be refunded, unless other conditions apply.

    No partial refunds will be issued for early returns.
